Placing an order was a breeze, and the delivery was easy to track. It showed up right on schedule and in flawless shape.

I typically enjoy Livia's Peanut Drizzle Dunx Dip, but in my most recent order, one of the containers was all congealed and had a thick, cement-like texture. It was nothing like the usual smooth and creamy goodness I’m used to. This batch was really subpar; it couldn’t be mixed or even chewed properly. I’m hoping this was just a one-time issue and not a sign of a product change.

I really enjoy Livia's products and the few items they offer. The dunx dip/spread is truly delightful - I’d rate the product itself a solid 5 stars. That said, I feel like the plastic container could use an upgrade, and I know many other customers have mentioned this before on IG (a long while back). Honestly, I’m left wondering what I’m actually paying for when the tub is made of plastic and not filled to the top - it’s just too costly. I’d prefer to buy from other 'clean' vegan brands that you can find on the high street and that are actually full, which is a shame to admit. Unfortunately, I won’t be buying this again.

This chocolate orange is truly the finest I've ever tried 😍. They're super tasty and just the perfect size for a little indulgence.

I placed my order a week back, and I still haven't gotten a dispatch email or any response to my inquiry about when my order will ship. I understand it’s Easter time, but since Tuesday, there’s been absolutely no news or communication. The customer service is lacking. I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but I got an email asking for my feedback on my experience, and since I haven’t received anything yet, I figured I might as well share my thoughts.

Awesome products, as always! I can't complain about them. The downside, though, is that it took a whole week after I placed my order for the items to get shipped. I had to reach out to the company to find out what was going on with my order. So, from the time I ordered to when I got it, it was a total of 10 days. This isn’t the first time this has happened, either. If delivery was free, I wouldn’t be as bothered, but when you’re paying for it, you kinda expect it to arrive a bit quicker.

The food quality is top notch. I took away a star since the portion size compared to the price is just too high. I enjoy their offerings sooooo much that I wish I could get more for a lower cost.

I gave Livia's products a shot and shared them with three pals. The cookies turned out a bit dry, but the brownies and chocolate bars were delicious! We haven't had a chance to sample the spread yet!

I sampled the Christmas box filled with Livias delights and was totally impressed!

The millionaire squares (with salted caramel) and chocolate brownie bites especially stood out as scrumptious!

I appreciate that they’re free from extra additives and use all-natural components, making them perfect snacks for my little ones as well!

These are super tasty but still healthy snacks that I’ll surely keep stocked in my pantry from here on out! Big thanks to Livias!

These items are just fantastic in flavor! The dunxs and million squares are particularly delightful. They’re on the healthier end and come in recyclable packaging, so I’m totally satisfied with what I bought.

The delivery was super fast, and the food is simply scrumptious. Those orange squares? They’re my top pick! The mix of a crunchy base, a gooey center, and that tasty chocolate on top is just perfect. I really adore all of Livias' offerings.

Adore it all! I typically grab the Almond dunx, but they were out of stock, so I opted for the Hazel twist since we can't skip having one on our porridge! Also picked up the chocolate fudge cake mix to give it a try - whipped up some cupcakes and they turned out super tasty xx

I’m a big fan of Livia’s offerings! Everything is just wonderful.
A couple of small ideas:
- Could use a bit more chocolate on the millionaire square (there’s a hidden layer on the mini squares).
- I totally get that the quality is top-notch, but they do lean towards the pricey side. I usually grab as many as I can when they’re on sale at Tesco, Sainsbury, or Boots, but I really like ordering from the website to snag the cake kit and almond butter :)

I absolutely adore the Mix at Home cakes, the Dunx dips, Nugglets, and honestly, just about everything! The only downside? I gotta share 'em with my family!

I absolutely love Livia’s, and that’s never gonna change. Her treats are so tasty, and I can’t help but always want her millionaire squares and chocolate fudge cake. Oh, and those nugglets! Plus, the tubs of Dunx are just the cherry on top!
